Custom PC Build — Reservation Deposit
Ready to start your build? Lock it in with a deposit. Your deposit reserves your spot in the build queue and secures your quoted pricing — no worrying about parts climbing in price or selling out while the build comes together. It's not an extra fee: the full deposit is applied to your final total, with the remaining balance due once your PC is built, tested, and ready for pickup or shipping.
Deposit Tiers:
Tier 1 — Build total $1,500–$3,000 → $500 deposit
Tier 2 — Build total $3,100–$5,000 → $750 deposit
Tier 3 — Build total $5,100–$7,500 → $1,250 deposit
Tier 4 — Build total $7,600–$9,000 → $1,500 deposit
Once your deposit is in, your pricing is locked and your build enters the queue. The remaining balance is due on completion, before pickup or shipping.
All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your build slot and covers the time and parts committed to your order, so please be sure before placing it. Build totals outside these ranges? Reach out and we'll put together a quote and confirm your deposit before you commit.
