All Phocus Labs sales are final. Every build and component we sell is backed by a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty and 24/7 support. If something goes wrong with your PC, don't hesitate — we're here around the clock to help.

All purchases made through Phocus Labs are final and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure every build meets our quality standards before it ships. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product or build configuration prior to buying, our team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Exception: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered are covered under our 1-year manufacturer defect warranty — see Section 02 below.
02 1-year manufacturer defect warranty

What's covered

Manufacturer defects, component failures, and hardware malfunctions under normal use — for a full year from the date of purchase.

What's not covered

Physical damage, liquid damage, damage from misuse or modification, or components altered by a third party.

How we resolve it

Depending on the issue, we'll repair the defective component, replace the part, or arrange a full unit replacement at no cost to you.

  • Orders that arrived incorrect or incomplete
  • Hardware issues within 1 year of purchase date
Not covered
  • Change-of-mind or buyer's remorse (all sales final)
  • Physical or liquid damage caused by the customer
  • Products modified or repaired by a third party
  • Damage from overclocking, misuse, or improper setup
  • Issues reported beyond the 1-year warranty window
Warranty shipping: For approved warranty claims, Phocus Labs covers all return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid label once your claim is confirmed. You are responsible for safe packaging of the unit during transit.

My PC has an issue — what should I do?
Don't hesitate to reach out. Contact us at phocuslabs@gmail.com or through our contact page any time — we offer 24/7 support. Describe the issue and include your order number and we'll get you sorted as fast as possible.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us at phocuslabs@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or video if possible. We'll review the claim and respond within one business day with next steps.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. DOA and shipping damage are covered under our warranty and we'll arrange a free prepaid return and send a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Can I return a custom-built PC if I change my mind?
Because all sales are final, change-of-mind returns are not accepted on custom builds. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about specs or compatibility — our team is available 24/7 to help you make the right call before you buy.
