Are estimates free?+

Yes — all consultations and estimates are free. Text us at (516) 269-2457 or use the contact page and we'll quote you before anything starts.

Is the $300 labor fee on top of parts?+

Yes. The $300 flat fee covers assembly, cable management, BIOS setup, OS install, and stress testing. Parts are billed at market rate — we don't mark up components.

What does custom water looping include?+

The $650 covers the full loop install — reservoir, pump, radiator, CPU/GPU blocks, fittings, and tubing (hardline or soft-tube). Coolant and components billed separately. We help you plan the loop before any purchase.

Monthly vs yearly — what's the difference?+

Yearly billing gives you roughly 2 months free. Same plan, same features. You can switch at your next renewal and cancel anytime — no penalties.

How do remote sessions work?+

We use secure tools like AnyDesk or Quick Assist. You grant temporary access, we fix it, session ends. You're in control the entire time.

Is there a warranty on your work?+

Custom builds carry a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. For service work: if the same issue comes back within 30 days, we fix it free of charge.

How does data recovery work?+

We start with a free diagnosis to assess what's recoverable. If we can get your files back, the fee is $75–$200 depending on drive type and complexity. If we can't recover anything, you pay nothing — no recovery, no charge.

How does computer consignment work?+

Bring us your PC or parts and we handle everything — valuation, listing, photos, and sale. We take 15% of the final sale price (minimum $25). You get the rest. We accept full systems and individual components.

What sim racing rigs do you work on?+

We specialize in Logitech G-series rigs — G29, G920, and G923. Mods include steering wheel swaps with adapters, pedal spring kits, extended paddle shifters, and custom shift knob and bezel upgrades. Not sure if your setup qualifies? Just ask.
